Perfectly At Home is a small family run business. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during our busy holiday seasons.

A: Most orders will ship within 2 business days (Monday thru Friday).

A: Shipments originate from our warehouse located in Carlsbad, CA.

A: We choose the best shipping method for your order—USPS, UPS, or FedEx—based on what’s most cost-effective and delivers in the quickest time frame.
Q: How much do you charge for standard ground shipping?
A: Perfectly At Home is pleased to offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $125.00 within the continental United States.
Orders under $125.00 are subject to the following shipping rates:
- Shipments weighing less than 1 lb: $6.95
- Shipments weighing 1–2 lbs: $8.95
- Shipments weighing over 2 lbs: $12.95
Some oversized or specialty items may be available for in-store pickup only or may incur shipping charges based on the carrier’s actual cost.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
A: Perfectly At Home does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We only ship to addresses located in the continental United States.
Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
A: Perfectly At Home does not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses located in the continental United States.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after your order is placed. Shipping time is typically 2-5 days for standard shipping.
Q: Do you offer expedited Shipping?
A: In a time crunch? Perfectly At Home offers expedited shipping to get you your order fast, but these shipments are at your expense. On all expedited shipments, UPS determines the price based on destination zip code and either the actual weight of the box, or the dimensional weight (size of the box), whichever is higher. The website will calculate your expedited shipping charges upon check out. We try to keep our expedited shipping prices low on the site, and on some rare occasions we are too low. In cases like this you will be contacted about the difference, and your order will be held until resolved.
We offer the following options:
UPS Next Day Air - Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day. Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - Next business day delivery by end of day. Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
UPS Second Day Air - Delivery by the end of the second business day. Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
***Please note*** – The day a package ships does not count as a day. For Example: A UPS Next Day package ordered on Saturday will ship on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Observed Holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or Observed Holidays, so these are not considered business days. Also, all guarantees mentioned above are UPS guarantees, not Perfectly At Home guarantees and Perfectly At Home is not responsible for any carrier delays. If a problem arises, Perfectly At Home will attempt to resolve the issue on your behalf.
